Sponsorship Notes
I am pleased to invite you to participate in our annual LERGP Summer Conference to be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 9:00am to approx. 4:00pm. Set up will begin at 8:00am. This annual program draws nearly 100 attendees, including approximately 80 growers from the surrounding areas. It is designed to showcase and update the growers on the research that is and has been taking place at CLEREL and the Penn State Lab. It is a great way to showcase what you can offer the grower.

We will be holding our conference at the Cornell Lake Erie Research and Extension Laboratory in Portland NY. Registration and breaks are scheduled to take place near the vendor area, creating the opportunity for growers to visit your display. The Vendor area will be located inside and outside depending on your preference. We are encouraging exhibitors to bring equipment for display outside. Please see registration form for pricing details. The registration fee includes refreshments and one lunch ticket. Additional lunch tickets are available for $20 prior to the Conference, allowing our caterers to plan accordingly. No lunch tickets will be available for purchase the day of the Conference.

We are also providing the opportunity for exhibitors and non-exhibitors to present their products through advertising in the Conference Trade Show guide. (See registration form for pricing details)

Space is limited and booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The deadline for booth space and inclusion in the Trade Show Guide advertising is August 4, 2017.
