Winter Grower Conference

The 2025 Winter Grape Grower Conference will be held on the SUNY Fredonia campus in the William's Center Building. Rental of exhibit space is available at $175 per day. This includes 6' X 2.5' table with table dressing included.  Electricity is included in the fee for all rental spaces, but please provide an extension cord to access. This price includes refreshments and one lunch ticket. Additional lunch tickets are available for $45 prior to the Conference, allowing our caterer to plan accordingly.  No lunch tickets will be available for purchase during the Conference.

  The deadline for booth space and inclusion in the Trade Show Guide advertising is Friday, March 7, 2025.
